Bijal has extensive experience of work with children, young people and families, as a practitioner and manager of safeguarding and therapeutic services. She has worked both in the statutory and voluntary sectors, most recently in the NSPCC where she managed nationwide services developing the children's workforce.
An experienced trainer and development coach, Bijal designs and delivers training solutions in the areas of safeguarding, diversity and leadership development. She holds a Masters degree in Child Protection and is a qualified Social Worker.

Brian Waddelow
Associate Consultant
Brian has specialised in offering Safeguarding Adults consultancy and training since 2007, before which he spent four years as the Northamptonshire Inter-Agency Safeguarding Adults Co-ordinator.
As well as being a qualified and registered Social Worker, Brian has a number of other qualifications up to an MA in Human Resource Management. Brian's more than 30 years experience in 'caring' professions includes work as a practitioner in safeguarding children, as an approved mental health officer and as a probation officer.
